When I originally applied online with indeed.com looking for a job i was sidetracked by this very attractive company called Softrock. I thought it was a radio station and went for my first interview. I was drug through a series of interviews and meetings and given a terrible lunch that I well paid for during my "so called" boot camp. I was told that I would be paid 400.00 for training and given 600.00 the second week if I survived training. I did and was paid. But the other unsuspecting slaves were not so fortunate and were give a cheap lunch for days of very well thought "DECEPTION". They made them think that they were already hired and worked them 8 hour shifts making the company money but at the end of the week were given NOTHING but the door hitting them in their bewildered behind. They all smile because you are there sucker and they are getting paid on your desperation. They go home to there comfortable houses while mothers trying to support there families go and waste 2 or 3 weeks of there life to be messed over by some big money hungry greedy company that is not even fair in their pay as they keep reducing the commission scale. There needs to be something done about a company that can tell people that they are something that they are not. I was given the title of Employment Specialist of which I never seen a job to send anyone on. I kept getting calls of people who never got any E mail about a job that never existed and they were complaining about how this company lied to them and never got a job. The whole script is constantly changing because they think that will help them elude any kind of investigation. I was told I would be given benefits after 90 days but was let go because of a minor infraction and was told some cockamamie story about there vendors not paying them. Bunch of lies. How can you trust a company that is founded upon deception at its finest. They are using people to the tune of about 45 a week and letting them make big money for the company and never paying them a dime compensation for their time,gas, and the real job they could of gotten had they not wasted their time screwing around for 3 weeks at a company that could care less about them. Everyone needs to know about this Scam Company called Softrock that has nothing to do with software but getting people enrolled into one of their schools. No Employment specialist only deception specialist guided by their wicked minds to steal money from the government by intercepting grant money and loaning it to students who did not know the money was theirs to begin with. Thats why they freak out if you discuss anything about money, numbers , grants with the person on the phone because they want keep it all for themselves.
