Well, not only did they charge me US$70.80 for a three year membership, which is way more than it should be, their customer service rep was rude, incompetent, and not willing to help in ANY WAY... then, their number became unavaiable and the only way to reach them is by email.
Needless to say, their website is deceitful and does give false advertising.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SOFTWARE-HQ or YOU WILL BE FRUSTRATED, DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY.
