SoftwarePros.com misrepresents itself, sells you software then upon purchase links/sends you to Adobe.com download page. Then, you'd have to purchase again from Adobe. They then trace your usage and claim that you have violated their refund policy because you "visited a download" page. (yes, the one they linked me to).

They have no phone. THey have no physical address.
