I did get an answering email to my complaint to them and in that email they state that they in no way refund what they term as 'membership fees'.
Nowhere on the site is there anywhere to see terms of service, agreements, and nowhere are you told what exactly it is you are paying for.
Avoid this site COMPLETELY.
