The person responsible Chuck H. Jr. has a long list of ripping people off. (See business names used bottom of page.) I am here because justice is slow moving and more people are being taken. This man, if he had put together a plan to repay the past clients and make things right would never see me again...BUT that is not the case, he (his son I believe) even tried to file a complaint against me with the RoC but that back fired and now is part of the complaint against them.
The forge documents, work without proper licensing, use legal contractors and expose them to liabilities and leave them to fix their mess. Their first electrician had to declare bankruptcy because of what they did. They believe their own lies which makes them dangerous and unrepentant criminals.
Their newest victim, Ted may or may not know of the wreckage of Chuck's past but the police do and so do I. Chuck, You used my license and personal (business) information long after a cease & desist was sent. I will not back down until you are in jail. I will be at the RoC hearing with 17 clients who will testify against you and the list is growing.
Oh yeah - EnerBank, they will be there as well, seems you lied and forged documents to them as well... Are there legal proceedings against you??? Are you trying to fend off everyone w/ bankruptcy? Good luck with that one...

Seems you may have things out of order.
You are writing in the third person, the claims were made against Mr. H not SSE which is clearly stated.
So I will say this, NOTHING written against Solar A/C USA, SOLAR ONE or PRECISION SOLAR is fabricated. I have all the customer names and documents - I just didn't believe I needed a lawyer as Mr H's transgressions were that clear. I was wrong in not hiring my attorney but money was tight. But if you choose to take this any further, I will hire my attorney and will not drop it. I have moved on so should you - "if" you have no dealings with Mr H or his son which you neither confirmed nor denied here then this should all be a moot point.
Before Mr Mattinglys association with the former owners of Solar One Shop / Precision Solar he held a spotless record and was well known in the trades - as was my name & business, Shoemaker Electric and a few others.
I paid to clean up the wreckage left behind by Mr H and his failed businesses. I corrected problems he chose to leave behind. I allowed Mr H to use me because I trusted him. I thought he was a stand up guy. I was wrong & I have paid for my mistake. AND IT IS ALL DOCUMENTED!
So the choice is yours - take legal action against me NOW or move on.

Mr. Barney...
I have no recollection of any conversation with you. You say we had a conversation on August 23 2012 but then you post on December 7 2012 saying and I Quote " there newest victim Ted may or may not know of the wreckage of chucks past" You seem to have contradicted yourself with these statements. Maybe you should try and get your story straight.
Again, I have no idea why you would associate the wrong doing of any other company with mine. My personal and business reputation is flawless. Why you would make these false allegations against my company is beyond my comprehension.
Again, I demand you stop making any connections to my business and other companies. You have called me a thief and someone who preys on the elderly and I take GREAT offence to those statements.
I demand you retract these false statements immediately and stop any further harassment on this site.
I also looked at some of your other posts and it appears that your complaint against Precision Solar Solutions and your allegations against them were dismissed and thrown out as the ROC found that there was no basis for a complaint.
Mr. Barney, I assure you that if you do not do as I ask I will do everything I can to bring legal action against you to protect my reputation.

Dear Mr Mattingly,
Actually you and I had a 20 minute conversation on or about August 23rd of last year concerning your association with Mr H. I also mentioned his previous business names and partners and the customers he duped out of thousands of dollars.
Are you telling me you no longer have any association with Mr. H., his son or any of their businesses?

Mr Barney:
It has come to my attention that you have made a complaint against my company on the Rip Off report.
I have no idea who you are or why you would make these accusations against my company whose reputation is flawless.
My company has a perfect record with the AZ ROC and have never had a complaint at the BBB
My only association with Precision Solar Solutions is I purchased leads or appointments from there call center for my sales people to contact in regards to solar products and that was for a very short time.
I demand you retract these statements and post a written apology immediately. The statements and accusations are completely fabricated and not true. If you fail to do this I will will take legal action against you for damaging my personal and business reputation due to your irresponsible actions.
