We were solicited by Brian Pickle about going Solar and saving 40% or more on our current electric bill. At first we thought it was a prank call, because Brian's last name was presented as Pickle. We explained to him that our bill is only $135 a month on average. He assured us that setting a appointment would allow the Solar Consultant from Solar Universe to explain our options.
We decided to move forward with going Solar and using Solar Universe owned by Mitch Katz for our promised reduction in our electric bill from $135 a month to $98 a month. It has been 4 months now and we still do not have Solar Panels on our home!
We have attempted to contact Solar Universe owned by Mitch Katz several times, because we were told during the waiting period our electric bill would be paid by Mitch Katz and Solar Universe by Kerry Fries who manages the office that Mitch Katz owns.
Now we are afraid that when we finally get our solar system our savings will not be what was quoted and agreed to, because these people do not care. Mitch Katz and Kerry Fries will not return any of our calls.
