Why not to go with solarvps...

I am requesting a Refund due to the problems I have been experiencing well using your product. I have decided to move to a new vps that will have 24/7 support for anyone. I am sorry for the time sent between emails and setting up the vps, for that I am only asking for $19.00 back. Thank you so much, would be greatly appreciated if I could get a refund within the next 24 hours so I can make my transfer to my new vps.

(** the problem was it dumped my files!**)

Quoted from the email:
"I am a bit disappointed as to how you chose to proceed with this, Bob. You initiated the PayPal dispute and then sent us an email about this after the fact. Had you contacted us ahead of time, we *might* have been willing to work something out."

(**Well I am tired of waiting you seemed not willing to send a refund so I took the next step??? would it be wrong to cancle the dispute if you actually gave the money back?**)

There are a few things I need to bring to your attention.

#1. You signed up for an unmanaged service. All of our unmanaged plans are on one page on our website, though the SAVEMONEY coupon (which is valid only on unmanaged plans) is mentioned in several places on our website, on our forums and on other forums. This was discussed with you via email (in ticket SOH-767734).

#2. Solar has a No Refuld policy, one that you agreed to when you signed up. This is outlined in the Terms of Service and on our forums. You cannot proceed with your order unless you tick the checkbox that states that you agree to our Terms of Service.

(** I signed up thinking your product would work...**)

Me *, I claimed this in paypal because there support was not wasted in setting up the vps to get there money, but when it came time to a problem, ( My whole vps dumped all my server files...) :

#3. You state "I would like to note that they have not responded within 48 hours, due to there bad support team.".

(as in bad I ment to say lack of reponse time, not that you are bad people you just care about getting the money the vps setup then your customers.)

3a. You placed the order at 04 Mar.
3b. You contacted our billing team, inquiring about the status of your order at ~, March 5th.
3c. A Tech, opened a ticket on your behalf at 05 Mar.
3d. We began provisioning your order at 05 Mar.
3e. Your VPS was online completely, and welcome email sent at 05 almost 34 hours later. * Mar 2009 06:32 PM.

#4. Please note that this is considered a virtual service, and as per PayPal's TOS/AUP, this is not covered by the Buyer Protection Policy.

If this PayPal claim is escalated to a dispute, we will provide all the required evidence of every item outlined above.

Me:
My vps has been shut off by me to show that I am unwilling to work this out, I recommend that your customer support is improved to help any problems that occur, Especially if theses problems are on your side.

SolarVps:
If you are unhappy with your service, you need to properly cancel your services via https://www.solarvps.com/cancellation.php , as outlined in our Terms of Service. A VPS is not considered canceled until we receive the email generated by the cancellation form above. Further, by you shutting down your VPS, as well as your communication with our support team via ticket ******* Confirmed that you have had access to your VPS.

(I will cancel this immdeiately, my service with them went from a 10/10 to a 0/10 and a dispute with paypal. Now if I am not refunded I will also post this on multible websites. I am very dissapointed that you would not just work this out with me instead of arguing with the customer...)
