Well he has had one excuse after the other to not pay for his debt. In the beginning when he failed to pay he didn't even contact us saying it would be late. After we contacted him then he said he was ill and would have it to us after the next job. Then it was weather holding up his jobs. It has been one reason after the other. It has been over a year since he purchased the product.
