I purchased a massager at the Heli Expo in Las Vegas on 03-05-2013. I was told it would be shipped in two weeks. As of May 23 it still has not been shipped and after doing some research, no one receives their order! I got one reply stating shipping needed to send a receipt showing proof of my purchase. After that, I was told that my order would be shipped. Never happened. Now I can't get Cathy to take my calls, return my emails or text messages. Please, if you see these people at a trade show, start a scene! This is the only thing they are worried about. These people live a lavish lifestyle based on ripping off the public. I will track them down at a trade show in the future and collect my purchase.....just sayin.

I did not pay with a credit card. Nothing was declined, EVER! Thus was a gift for my wife and I paid cash at the trade show and have several witnesses and the receipt to prove it. I paid cash so my wife would not see it on the credit card statement. This company is full of liars. The only reason they finally shipped is because I filed with the better business burea and told them I was going to file charges in small claims court. I can sen anyone who wants to see it the correspondence between us. I will be happy to answer any questions and I fully stand behind every statement I have made. My name is Curtis S. from Silsbee,TX. To whom it may concern

 

The above customer did purchase a massager from us at a show.  Originally his credit card declined.  Of course we can not ship free inventory to people.  A little while later his credit card was charged and his unit was shipped and delivered.

We do travel a lot and the fastest way to get a response is by emailing theinnergizer@aol.com.  The company has been  selling massagers in trade shows since 1989 with very few compliants and the customers love the product.  Unfortunately you can not please everyone and mistakes do happen but we try to minimize this and do the best we can.  We have not increased our prices for over 20 years and yes we are lean and mean.  Customer service might not be the best but the product is.  We do monitor the above email daily and do our best to respond on a timely basis.
