We used Solid Decisions for our home inspection for our fist home. Jeffrey Croft, owner, performed the inspection and we thought that he did a pretty good job until we wanted our inspection report. He then changed the prices and took a sample of what he thought was mold and chaged us $100 for it. We came to find out that he never even did the test and tryed to tell that he did. He was expose to give us the report and results of the sample the following day. We called him 15 times in the next week to get our report and results. He did not call us back until the last day that our results needed to be given to our mortage company. He sent a mold sample to the lab that wasn't ours after he had given us the report, so it was never really done. Do not make the same mistake that we did. And we were even refered to him. Do not use this inspector or company because you will get ripped off!
