I have found dealing with Solid Trust Pay the most frustrating experienc of my life.  Everytime I try to do something it does not work so I send a ticket to them to be told "oh you have to do this  or you do not do that"  yet there are no instructions telling you how to do it their way EVEN after I have received an email that it has been done.

For example, in converting your money from one country to another you do not do the full amount but leave a dollar behind or it does not work!!!!  Every penny is my money and I want it!!!

They can accept your money from your country no problem but they will only transfer money BACK to the same account in only USD EUR or GBR and with a $40 charge after charging the highest rate in conversion.  So if I do do that, then my bank will charge my at least another fee to convert it back.    Let me give you an example I have start off with $145.00 - the exchange rate they charged left me with $123.00 , because I cannot get my flaming credit card verified I can only get my money wired for a $40 fee (???).

Oh yeah that is another thing there are no information ANYWHERE that tells you they only transfer in the monies.  So I receive the money in USD I exchanged it my nationality money - charged accordingly only to be told they cannot do it so I have to transfer it back - charged accordingly - transfer to my bank - overcharged accordingly.  So from $143.00 I will be left with $83.00 less the charges my bank charges!!

How is using this company or any of the others beneficial to interational people????  I have verified my bank account with drivvers licences, and all the other stuff, they have my banks SWIFT code yet I am STILL doing back flips trying to get it transferred to my credit card.

So unprofessional!  I am sick of it - there has to be another way!

Your experience does indeed sound horrible !  Without knowing exactly who you are/where you are located, this response will be general in nature, but hopefully you will contact us so that we can not only reverse the exchange charges, but guide you to exactly what you need to do.

1. You only need leave five cents or less in your account when doing an exchange.  This is clearly stated on the exchange money page and allows for up to the minute variances in real time exchange rates.

2. It is easy to verify your VISA credit card for withdrawals.  Simply add and verify your card, use it for any incoming deposit to your account and then you can withdraw back to it.  DEBIT cards are prohibited by VISA, so this is an option for regular credit cards only.  It is definitely a great option for INTL members wishing to withdraw USD quickly and inexpensively. 

3. We do not know what country you are in, but if you are in the Euro zone, it only costs $6 to do a direct bank transfer in EURO or GBP. Yes, if you have USD you would have to exchange into EURO or GBP first, that is true.  If you absolutely want USD then a bank wire is required (expensive, so best for large amounts up to $10,000).
