Paid $16.00 for a solid trust pay debit card that they tout so much. Only now I begin to think there is no such thing. They took my $16 on the 17th of December 2012 and to date (9Mar2013) I have not received anything. Even though I keep asking about it they keep stalling. I finally told them that if they did not resolve this problem that I was going to let everybody know how they treat their customers and this is what I am doing now.

We are very sorry to learn that you have not received your STPayroll Debit card.  Just a quick review of your complaint indicates that it has been lost or stolen in the mail (unfortunately, envelopes with card products are often stolen in the mail over the Christmas season as they are thought to possibly have gift cards in them).  As there is no identifiable information in your complaint as to who you are, please do contact us again and send all the details to :  priority @ solidtrustpay.com and we will escalate your situation and attempt to solve the problem.  Thank you.
