Solo Comunication bill view.com added on to my mothers phone bill without consent for services not used or understood by an 76 yearold widow Internet, Internet

on 20 feb.my mother called me about her phone bill..there were charges for things she had no idea what they were for.i called the company Solo communications.where i was informed that i had signed up for thier services..they could not tell me what site i had signed up from..and i have never heard of this company.they said all i could do was cancel the services.that i never signed up for..i also called A T &T.and i was informed that i would still have to pay for these services and would not get a credit on my mothers bill..i think this is so wrong for a company like att to rip off an old lady widow of a 30 year veteran who is on a fixed income..i am going to call att again and see why my mothers account cannot be credited as she surely didnot sign up or know about this company..she doesn't even have a cell phone muchless a computer..
