Solow Solutions ripoff Champlain New York

I got a call in november 2005 from this company stating I qualified for a Mastercard. Having a limit of 5,000 dollars but it would cost a one time fee of 299.00 that i did not have at the moment. So I thought about it (I'm trying to start my credit) so I asked them to call me back in the end of the month. So they did. I gave my bank number allowing them to take the money. I then received a package with a bunch of cupons with a note stating i would get the actual application in 10 days. I never got it. I called back and spoke to many different people stating they sent off the application once more for me so I waited. I tried calling the number again and again now all I get is a busy signal. It is now MAY 16,2006 and im out of 300 dollars if any one can help please contact me by email ty hope this stops its stupid.
