Hello,
I worked recently with a company, and they took in a reseller whom fraudulently obtained their services, and products for a client. The actual client himself, was never disclosed by Sandy Simpson, whom goes by several names, DR. Sandra Simpson, Dr. Sandy Simpson, Dr. Swandria M. Simpson, Monique Simpson, and Sandy Simpson. While I was working for a company selling aged companies, Swandria Monique Simpson paid for services and products, but lied about amounts received, whom the clients actually were, and when it came down to it, the company owner became suspicious. I worked with the company owner and found nine judgments, but not under Sandy Simpson, under her real name, Swandria Simpson.
I notified the company owner of this, and talked with each person we could find that she ripped off, took large amounts of money from, and misrepresented with fraudulent claims, promises that were made that she knew she couldn't deliver on, and it gets much worse. FBI claims, and FTC claims were filed recently, and here are the judgments, just as we received them.
Here is some very interesting information regarding Sandy Simpson, whose real name is Swandria Simpson. Looks like you are not the only one who has something against her. Read the nine judgments she has had against her in recent times. Each of the nine court cases are numbered with a period after each number.

Beware of Sandy Simpson, and don't do business with her. She owes the company I worked for money, and she owes her clients a lot of money. A couple of them I can think of are: Jeff Roe, Terrell Arnold, and someone by the last name of Kelly, we'll call her MS. Kelly, as we do not have her name at this moment to provide. Apparently, she also takes money to have financials drawn up for clients, tells her clients that they have PAYDEX scores, and so forth. She promises millions of dollars deliverable in short periods of time. No bank, lender, or otherwise will ever give cash credit lines like this without due diligence checks, proper financials, Etc. She may be on other websites as well posing as a doctor, acting like an ordained minister, and so forth. But what she's doing is ripping people off. Having all kinds of accomplishments in the name of Dr. Swandria Simpson doesn't matter when she steals from her clients, and we have also found one Rip-Off Report on her already here in this system.

I am the CEO of Solutions One Global, Sandy Simpson. Yes, Sandy is my nickname. As if no one has ever heard of people using a nick name such as Mike, Bill or Jan... mine is Sandy. But more importantly so that readers can understand where this "so called" ripoff report is coming from.....All I have to say is my company got suckered into "reselling" for Richard Goddeau of the infamous Global Computer Software&Computer Solutions Centers or GSCSC whom you can read about all over this site ripoffreport.com I wired Richard's company more than $9000 and have seen absolutely no results. Just excuses, lies and the runaround. I gave him access to my client(s) to work with them directly. This is when GSCSC saw opportunity to divide and conquer. He tried to discredit me and get more money from my clients. Richard lead my clients to believe I was somehow misleading them. They believed him. As you can see in this report he used my personal/company's debt (yes the economic crisis hit us too) which is is a matter of public information, to try and demonstrate what? That we have problems just like the average American does. However, Richard gained the trust of my clients, posted info like this on the web and of course as time has passed, guess what. He eventually "disappeared" on them as well. This report is bogus and carefully written simply to discredit me and my reputation. But as I look on this site people are filing reports on everyone including Fortune 500 Companies and the milk man. I'm not trying to take away a place for people to vent, but how much credibility can we give to the info posted when most of it is a matter of opinion and/or anger and personal experience and there is no fact checker. This is truly free speech, the American way. And since I support freedom, I cannot make too much of a stink about it other than the fact that it shows up in google searches and could harm my business, my reputation and the reputation of many others. And driving my clients to file false complaints against us to certain authorities. It has truly been a mess. My company has served the Atlanta community for more than 8 years without a wrinkle. But 2009 has been what we call the year from hell. A lot of human misery gone awry. I could go on and on about the vile and inhumane actions of Richard Goddeau or the bitterness of the person who filed the other report concerning a $199 application and set up fee we charged. But why. This will not solve the deeper issues at hand. And that is that the world is filled with bitter, angry, vindictive people who suffer in silence. They may have some personal handicap, bigotry or issue that makes them want to attack others. One complaint attacked me for being "religious" because I leave motivational messages on my outgoing voicemail messages??? How ugly is that. My company has contracts & does business with some of the largest organizations in the world including Global Payments & AT&T. I am a personal ambassador for solving world hunger and expanding global peace. Those of us spiritual, historical or otherwise astute know that if Jesus were still "walking the planet" there would be a ton of ripoff reports on him. Can you imagine people coming to this site talking about "Jesus claimed he could walk on water or turn water into wine but didn't pour me a glass." With that being said, I'm in good company. But unfortunately there are people who truly make it a "profession" of being true ripoff artists. Those complaints are truly worth examining. We are a small, minority, Latino owned business that operates with a high degree of integrity trying to ride the wave of economic uncertainty and having to deal with all of this hatred too.
