I purchased a new BOSS in dash stereo receiver / CD player, along with the installation kit. Item given as a Christmas gift Dec 2011. Installed item in late Feb - early Mar 2012 and unit worked for less than a month, after which the CD player starting jamming when disks were loaded. Repeated emails to Sonic Electronix complaining about poor quality product, and requesting assistance in replacing or repairing unit. Emails were ignored. I will never purchase anything through Sonic Electronix again.
