I ordered a set of Shoptek brand nutdrivers, color coded by size, with large nice handles according to the picture and description. I received Valley brand nut drivers all one color with tiny handles, not at all like the picture. They reluctantly agreed to allow me to return these cheaply made tools at my own shipping expense. When I asked for a refund plus shipping, they changed and said I had received the correct item. Very crooked company. Bait and switch and then won't make things right.
