You are definitely right by saying that the report is filed by a disgruntled employee, because all of your employees are disgruntled employees. You never treat them with respect. Holding back your employees paychecks (even until the employee is no longer working in the company) is not an ethical thing. I believe the previous rebuttal is done by his SEO guy, so I got a message for you: He is just using you, stop supporting him and find a better place to work before it`s too late!!

This is a malicious campaign by a disgruntled employee. While "Peter" has every right to voice his opinion and take actions that might help him sort out his issues with the company, this kind of malicious campaign damaging company's reputation with blatant lies is totally uncalled for. Personal remarks against an individual and dragging his family is evidence of how badly the author of the post wants to damage the company's credibility.

Sonitek is a company with proud record of serving it's database of close to 500 customers well. We have never claimed to be based in the USA and never hidden the fact that our programmers are based in India- it is right there on the company website. India is a country with a vast pool of talented programmers and we are fortunate to have some of the brightest people working with us for over 8-10 years in India and in Canada.

While "Peter" does seem to have a score to settle, there is always a better way to deal with issues including taking a legal recourse if he feel he has been hard done by Sonitek. The fact that he has chosen to post these derogatory and personal remarks suggests that he does not believe in discussions or is not sure about his legal options. In business, there will always be someone who is unhappy- it can be a customer or an employee. We at Sonitek do not claim to be perfect in everything we do, but we do believe that we work hard with our employees and customers to sort any issue if they do arise. No company however big or small is immune to such criticism campaigns- justified or otherwise.

We invite "Peter" to sort out his issues with available options instead of running a hate campaign which will take things nowhere. We at Sonitek have no further comments to add and will not respond to any more posts by "Peter".

Sonitek is a company based in Richmond Hill, Canada (not the USA), that doesn't care about its customers and employees. It will try to squeeze the money out of their customers and gave them worthless website design. They will claim that the websites are their design, while in reality, the templates are taken from the internet (there are free website templates available from various sources), and the images they use are also 'stolen' from other websites. Some clients already got a lawsuit from the owner of the image for more than $10,000 per image. Be careful with this company, their programmers are in India, so it is very hard for customers to contact them. The owner itself is very tricky, and know the loopholes in the legal system (his son is a lawyer). Sonitek also mistreats its employees, almost all of the employees' salaries are not paid on time. His excuse is always that we are very lucky to have a job. And he always remind us that we are in safe hands since he has a lot of properties, etc. All the people I know that quits the company are still being owed by the company. If you get a call from this company (they have a very persistent tele marketer), just hang up. They also involved in spams and SEO spamming. Peter
