Their costumer service is very poor and I paid $32 American Currency for this expansion game and I really feel ripped off and so do several other players as well. I am kindly asking that you look into this matter becuse it is a growing problem among the Sony Online Entertainemt EverQuest 1 community and its loyal costumers/players and im kind of disturbed about this and thank you kindly for tending to the matters at hand.
