I would recommend researching any auto dealer and finance company you do business with.   AutoDrive 1 and Source 1 Financial have a number of complaints against them including my complaint.   How someone can think they will get away with selling a POS Vehicle that was a flood damage salvage car is beyond me and how a finance company would even take the risk to finance such a thing.   Both of these companies have been dishonest from day 1 lie after lie, promises and a whole lot of headaches dealing with these people.   It is truly amazing how companies like this can stay in business and how each of these people can sleep at night.  I wonder if the owner of AutoDrive1 would feel the same way if his children or wife or other family member was sold a vehicle like the one they sold me and someone was killed as a result of selling an unsafe vehicle.    They dont care about anyone, they care about taking every dime they can get out of you and dont care about the customer or the fact that maybe the customer could get killed in an unsafe vehicle.  Then they treat the customer like dirt without any efforts to make the customer happy.   I guess if you run your business on all first time customers and dont expect them to return or refer people or take the time to sue their butt,  then I guess you make money a quick and dirty way.   Good Luck AutoDrive1/PPV or whatever name you come up with next - you will eventually cross the wrong person.

Solved

AUTHOR: Auto Drive One - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, September 17, 2010

As an employee of Auto Drive One, I would like the share the outcome of this problem. The customer was given a full refund and we took the car back. We discovered that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle nor did it have a salvaged title, just too small for the customer. We ended up selling the truck to an employee's brother who is enjoying it until this day. We are a family business and we do care about the product that we sell. We have many returning customers and also customers who refer their friends and family.
