It incorporates a database of vendors, tracking the metrics of each job, and assists in creating quotes for new work. The Pro-Manage system as it is called allows the company to rely on one single point of data to manage projects nationwide. One corporate buyer can hire us to do 1,000 jobs at 1,000 stores. We then set the job up in our proprietary project management system. Since we have been doing this kind of work for well over a decade, we have an established network of 4,000 vendors nationwide. The software automates this process such that the customer can appreciate a substantial price reduction. Source One Network Solutions offers businesses acts as a service provider for businesses with multiple locations. Scott Braun explained that they offer multiple services including, "IT service, POS service, and low voltage construction services for national retailers and restaurants." This unique service allows for businesses to operate through one source that improves communication for both businesses and vendors, which leads to a more effective product.
Source One Network Solutions has contractual agreements with large national retailers, as well as customers. The vast majority of their public exposure is through hiring subcontractors to do work for them on a national basis.They operate in all 50 states in order to accommodate the needs of their clients, "the number of customers we have are very small in quantity, but contracts tend to be large and long term." Mr. Braun also explained that, "99.9% of our business is business to business."

During the onsite interview Mr. Braun was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Braun explained that while they hardly receive complaints, on occasion, "the work we do for our clients...does not get done properly despite our best efforts." In order to combat this Source One Network has built a business system using mobile technologies to help avoid miscommunications, "our business system allows us to receive real time information from the technician. Including photographs, including sign offs from the local business owner to help ensure that everything is done properly before the technician ever leaves the job." As a result of this innovative action both the client and technician are satisfied. In addition follow-up practices are in place in ensure client satisfaction, "I follow up with anyone who is not satisfied, and I work through the details to the best of my ability."
When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Braun stated that one of the complaints was posted by a disgruntled ex-employee, and the additional two where from subcontractors who felt they did not get paid fast enough or did not get paid the right amount of money. While Mr. Braun is unaware of who the subcontractors are he intends on remedying the situation, "I don't know who they are so I can't look into them. I do intend to follow up with a rebuttal and get that solved." Mr. Braun went on to state that Source One Network has an A+ rating with the BBB.
When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to make things right with the customer per the request of Ripoff Report, Mr. Braun stated that they have created a new position title Vendor Manager. This created a point of contact for all communication with the vendors to make sure that their able to get their documentation in on time, which allows Source One Network Solutions to release checks.

Tammy Krueger from Source One Network Solutions LLC called us on 8/10/12 with an emergency service call at a Golf Galaxy in a local mall (it was almost 4:30 on a Friday afternoon.) We agreed to the call for emergency rates and dispatched a technician immediately. We were to diagnose & repair a downed T1 circuit. Our technician arrived on site and fixed the issue by reinstalling the T1 at the demarc within a very short time on site.
On 8/13/12 we followed the companies instructions for on-line billing through their web portal.
On the morning of 8/17/12 we were offered and accepted a job at a local d**k's Sporting Goods. We accepted it and scheduled it for later in the same day. The job ended up taking several visits to get all of the issues addressed including installing some new cat 6 cabling that was added to the job after we started it.
Upon the jobs completion on 8/28/12 we again submitted our invoice through the on line portal.
We have made numerous calls, sent many e-mails & letters trying to collect on these two invoices and have as of 2/26/13 been unsuccessful. As of January a woman in A/P there claimed to be trying to get us paid but, we haven't been paid yet and I suspect that was just another of their scams.
If you decide to take work from them I'd recommend getting paid up front or just telling them you will do it & never showing up, because they probably aren't going to bother paying you anyway...
