Taking someone's video, picture or text is just like stealing from a store.  This webiste: http://www.southfloridamontessoriacademy.com/  the owners of this South Florida Montessori Academy web page had posted my personal video without asking permission from the owner (montessorimadness.com).

The production of this video cost $8000! not even penny was contributed by this dishonest business.

Teaching basic moral values to young people really is job!! it must be done by professionals and not look alikes that want to be profesionals!

So how do these people teach our children about our society moral values?? would you send your kids to this school? to learn what? to steal?

agh!  Watch Out! They don't see the world the way we do!

Think 100 times before you take a decision to send your childreen to this school!

South Florida Montessori Academy is not FOR children!

Montessori is a great program.

All these people complain for false reasons.  They are either disgruntled former employees, disgruntled current employees, or ticked-off parents who won't pay their daycare fees.  That's all it is.  These parents think that the Montessori teachers should work like Nuns basically volunteering their services as daycare and preschool teachers. The parents think that these daycare teachers must make all sorts of money and that they have all sorts of supplies. This is not true. As a former Montessori teacher for three's and four's,  I lost money working for Montessori schools.

I made a terrible wage and I spent most of my paycheck on supplies for my classroom. The rest of my paycheck went to put gas in my car and to buy a little bit of cheap groceries for myself.  I couldn't pay my other bills on what I made.  The parents would be so critical of me if I didn't have some fancy "craft" to show them when they came to pick up their kids. They wanted "proof" that I was actually teaching them by showing them some fancy craft their kid had constructed that day or the day before.

Those fancy crafts were funded by my personal paycheck!  I had to give it up since I had to make a little bit of money. Now I'm working for Walmart and at least I don't have to buy my own box cutter to open those containers from the cereal company, now I don't have to bring my own cart to haul stuff around, and I can take my small paycheck home with me.  Daycare is an awful business in this terrible economy.  The parents think that we're paid like union organized teachers in the public school system.

We are paid a little bit above minimum wage and we work like dogs to make our students, co-workers, and the parents happy.  Overall, I really like the Montessori programs.  I just wish that the government would help with more grants so that these programs can function.  I love working for Montessori but I could not survive on their horrible wages and I felt so guilty about giving the kids coloring sheets that I ran off on the office copy machine.  They were staying busy sitting their coloring away, but they were unhappy doing the busy work and they weren't learning a darned thing.

I had to buy my own construction paper and washable markers for creative art.  They loved the creative art and I knew the kids were learning how to express themselves artistically, but I couldn't keep up with buying so much paper and washable markers/washable crayons out of my pitiful paycheck.  I taught Montessori for the OUTCOME not for the INCOME.  I wish I had a rich husband who woul allow me to do what I love, but we both have "lower middle class" lower paying jobs so I had to give it up.

Ripoff Report impersonator

AUTHOR: Trevor - (United States of America)

South Florida Montessori Academy has my full permission to use my Montessori Madness YouTube video on their site. They were kind enough to contact me months ago to obtain written consent. I have specifically and repeatedly offered schools all around the world free use of the video on their school's websites.

Whoever filed this report is impersonating me. They have sent emails to South Florida Montessori Academy with my name signed at the bottom. As soon as anyone discovers the name of the individual or individuals involved in this scam, please contact myself or South Florida Montessori Academy so that we may pursue this matter further.
