I tried repeatedly to reach them at various phone numbers: the cust service line, the phone number on the bottle, the live chat number listed on their website. They continue to charge me monthly 97.54, and they charged me twice in November and they only sent one shipment. They make it sound easy to cancel, but you can't reach them to cancel so they just keep sending me supplements that don't work and charging my card $97.54 per month! I'm currently disputing the charges with my credit card company. So far I've been charged nearly $300 in unauthorized charges.
