South restaurant has bounced employee checks and refuses to make good on them. Andy Raab and Alan Merow are the two crooks responsible for this. They opened this restaurant and bounced payroll checks on several employees causing extreme hardship on the victims. The unpaid employees had to quit to seek paying jobs then Andy Raab and Alan Merow hired new employees to replace the unpaid staff. These two sleazy crooks still refuse to pay the victims. The matter is being referred to the Orange County California DA for criminal prosecution.
