Bought a car from Southeast Financial Mark Fine who now has his own dealership Fine Automotive up under Southeast Financial I put down $1500!!
They said car was in good condition just put $1200 a/c equipment in there I drove it for about week WOULD NOT START! Spend about $1100 more to fix still didn't work call S.F. they said it's nothing they could no apolgies ot anything would not even trade me out of the car.
Now I have repo on my credit for a car I did not even drive for 2Weeks!!

Very sorry that anyone has purchased a car from this dealership.
Its sad that an individual only looks at people as obstacles that he needs to crush. He uses people for what he needs for that moment and only that moment.
I was used for months as an employee and was told he would pay and never did.
This place is now closed and thank god for that.

John its already been turned over to Lawrenceville Police Department ,Detective Brian Proctor. He said he can have an arrest warrant Monday.Keep watching public records.I have also contacted Investigator Thompson (an old friend and customer for years)with the Duluth PD and advised him of the threat.Thanks for the concern.

3.Arrested 1/7/2004 For driving without a valid license.
4.11/2006 An apartment home has you in court for something.I wonder.
5.April 2006 a judge ordered a default judgement against you.
6.2003 plead guilty of criminal charges (not sure what).
Now in Dekalb County Courts.
3/9/2005 case # 05a31197 over $109.50.Thats whats on the Dekalb web site.
I'm stating whats on public records about you Ross.

Mr -- Bought a car "AS IS" and wanted nothing to do with a service contract or warranty. He knows this but continues to talk about my company.He has no real complaint or he would bring it to Gwinnett County Courts. I have turned the case over to My attorney because he has done this to a lot of businesses that has done business with him.Most have paid him something.I will not.It takes a coward to try bthis kind of thing and thats what he is.Scam someone else Mr ---.I will not give into your kind of theft.America is a great Country but people who try what you are trying only abuse our freedom.

Who is Dan? Nobody B/c I never talk to him ever I only dealt with the Mark Fine and yes I did curse him out (mark) B/c if I was one of his country club friends he would have never did what he done to me they just prey on people with bad credit and I ONLY DROVE THE CAR FOR TWO WEEKS and I have PROOF of that from a certified mechanic and they never offered me a service warranty or anything b/c they don't finance they just sell the car to credit company get paid and they can careless once they get there check and commission I don't care if you been in business fifty years one a crook always a crook!!!!!!

Mr. Ross Bland has filed a complaint against my company Southeast Financial in Lawrenceville Ga. Yes he did buy a car from us. yes he did put $1500.00 down, and yes he did ask for our help (really just walked in and demanded money).
Now for the other side of this. He had the car a lot longer than a couple of weeks and took it to a mechanic that seemed to be very high for what he had done. We asked him why since we had a state of the art service center and ASE Certified Mechanics working six days a week he didn't ask for "help" instead of money (he had no answer, just tried to bully us).
Further he seemed to have only one volume when he TOLD us we were paying him the money .He yelled and cursed and tried to bully some of our employees. We are one of the largest volume pre-owned dealers in the Atlanta market (about 100 plus per month). We have around a 30% repeat and referral sales rating and that is unheard of in this business.
It happens sometimes that a customer buys a car and shows up later asking for money that he/she said they spent on the car. If Mr. Bland had problems with his car it is unfortunate and we regret that. But he did buy the car "AS IS" according to state law. He knows that and was offered a service contract at the point of sale.
Our company gives 2-5 cars away to people who can't afford them that just need to get by for a while almost every month, we also pay for six months of insurance when we do this while making our service center free to them during this time in their life. We are very active in our community in giving and helping where we can. Paying money to people who just demand it without trying to do things the right way would be a detriment to those causes.
So you see this is not about money it never was. In contrast it is about doing the right thing and running a strong company to be around next year. If we gave in to everyone that tried to "shake us down" our 14 employees would be out of work and the people we help would do without a need.
Although we are sorry for Mr. Blands troubles we cannot/willnot help in this matter. The reason we did not trade him out of the car was that not one of my employees wanted to hear him yell at them. As for the repo, he's the one that stopped paying. I have never handled a complaint about my company in the ten years I've been around and am not sure how fair you will be to us. I guess I'm getting ready to find out.
Not all car dealers do bad things but all of us have to pay for public perceptions. This is one customer out of thousands. That should speak for something.
