Southerland Inc\ Mattress Overstock I purcahsed a mattress made by Southerland Inc in Memphis, TN not even sleeping on the mattress a good 6 months the mattress has sunk in the middle. The mattress was turn as stated on the warranty to Company has No good mattress refuses to honor their warranty , I have a mattress made by Southerland Inc and it is not even a year old. I made contact with the company and they are refusing to do anyt memphis, Tennessee

Is it stained in any way? This will almost certainly void the warranty.
