Southern Comfort Pools NC David Ledger Scammed by Another Scam Artist in Pool Industry Troutman, North Carolina

Hired 'Southern Comfort Pools' / Dave Ledger to subcontract fiberglass & vinyl lined pools for me back in the early part of 2012.  Had received a few good references on him from other pool dealers/co.'s.  I Gave him a shot and he did three (3) jobs with me:  the 1st he never fully completed, the 2nd he installed a fiberglass pool out of level by more than 1.5", and on the 3rd and last job he flipped our company owned excavator, bursting two (2) holes in the pool floor in the process, left the job site, and I've not heard from him since -- save only a brief note informing me that "he and his wife (live in) had discussed things and that they didn't think they could continue doing work for me and my company due to "problems they had with me."  Needless to say, my reply was that I never intended to use his services again anyway.  Trying now to find his address to mail his 1099 form, I now am learning much more about him by simple searches online.  Hopefully some folks will see this (pool professionals & homeowners) and stay clear of Dave Ledger & Southern Comfort Pools.
