Just to start their paid mileage on a trip is off by at least 20%. When its time to go home they will charge you per mile to send you home on any miles over 200 and this is due to poor planning on their part.I usually would stay out at least 4 weeks and give them the 7 day advance notice that it was time to go home. They would require youe to pulp all temperture control loads without any type of monetary compensation and at times this could be 2 or3 hours to accomplish without logging on duty on the log book. Trailers are poorly maintained and dropped at customers with flat/bald tires,expired D.O.T.inspections,and other numerous mechanical problems thus causing you to use your off duty hors that you ar resting to have these repairs done if they approve them. Before they teminated me {which I was in the process of leaving them} I spent about $1000 on repairs on the last 4 trailers that I pulled including my last load which was HAZ MAT. I do not suggest driving for them or consider working for them. When you quit or get terminated they will file a false report on your DAC REPORT and do everything to ruin your chance of getting another driving job. This company is being controlled by COVANENT TRANSPORT. You need to check them out also as they are another company to avoid.
