Very poor service and said they installed parts which they did not. Took my hot tub motor in and was told the seals were leaking causing motor to no to work. Supposedly replaced seals and $280.00 worth of parts and labor. Took 2.5 weeks and multiple phone calls that were never returned to finally get unit back. It worked for 3 days and quit with same issues. Took it back and was told the electrical/computer panel was bad. Never heard from them again unless I called which I did at least a dozen times, and after 3 weeks of no response to phone calls finally picked up unit to send to authorized dealer. When dealer opened the unit the motor had been thrown back in upside down and left unsecured and during shipping motor had been damaged to the tune of $385 parts/labor. He also indicated none of the seals they claim they replaced had been. They ground down part of the rear pump housing and that had to be replaced. They put silicone on one of the seals instead of replacing it and also left out screws, bushings and spacers. There was NOTHING wrong with the electrical/computer panel as they had claimed!! They have ignored all my calls about getting a refund for the parts and labor that were not done and the damage from throwing the unit in upside down and loose.
