Sparkletts Water Sierra water Sierra springs Deceptive Billing and False promises Internet

I ordered for a monthly plan of 3 bottles each month for $18 from Costco. Since they were promoting their sales through CostCo i thought they were really genuine. But form the first month onwards, I started facing issues with the billing. They started charging me extra bills each month saying it is for the cans. They started charging deposits and said it will be refunded back each month.

But it was all confusing since they visit twice every month on odd days and then would deliver 1 to 3 bottles each time at their own discretion. When i called the customer care, they were talking like robots telling the same thing over and over again.

Completely dissatisfied with the service, i called the CC and cancelled my service, and asked them to take back their cans so that i can pay the rest of the pending amount minus the initial charges for the cans. They refused and sent my bill to the collection agency.

I had to pay the collection agency more amount than my bill and  both were rude in responding back.

I will never ever take their service once again!
