Where to begin...Mike "Anderson" or one of his other fake names was fired as a Sheriffs deputy CANNOT carry a fire arm and will say whatever it takes to deceive employees and customers. The update claiming a competitor wrote that is FALSE. One, if you work for this company at any time the only way to get a 25 cent raise is to be "Mikes" lapdog. They ghost sites constantly and the "Bill" mentioned is Bill Medina, fired from every other company he's every been with until he became a scam artist with Mike. They leave employees hanging out to dry legally when they were doing exactly what "Mike" told them to do. I emplore you to call ANY other Valley security company and they will tell you they WILL NOT hire anyone who has worked for these people. There are no benifits, no former police officers and "Mike" puts 19 to 21 year olds in charge with NO expeirience but they do all of the companies dirty work for free. I've personally have been calld into DPS for several meetings with a detective who has at the last meeting FIVE open investigations on this company and "Mike".  I turned in and went through a stack of complaints written and signed by current and former employees stating wrong doing and illegal practices, such as using an 18 year old girl to buy drugs in dangerous places just to  make an arrest and falsify a police report saying the girl ran away when she was in a company car the whole time!! These are FACTS that can be verified through DPS. you are putting your self and career in jeopardy if you work for this company, simply put. Go a head and check into everything I have stated. I AM not a competior but an independent investigator whom had a family member directly affected by SSF.
