karel Guerra of Specialist Parts/Investment Speacialist Parts based in Miami is Cheater / Liar/ Never keep his words, we were Leasing his Metal Scrap Yard which was located in 4101 Nw 27th Avenue, Miami, FL, at the time of taking lease he forged all his daily purchase reports to show the Yard is very profitable and charged whopping rent, 

he told us we can use whole property at the time of leasing later he changed and told us we cannot use the front portion and near by railway line, he knows according to County rules and regulations we cannot use the property near railway line as being new to the area we dont know about the rules of county. he willfully cheated us by saying we can use all the property and while vacating the Property he has not repayed us our 2 Month Deposit back. 

and he sold us a Roll Off Truck with 2 Metal Bins (40 Yard and 20 Yard), he has not given us the Two Metal Bins, over the top when we asked about the BIns, he says he will compalin to the police and threatened us.
