First, I do not know how they manage to get my numbers and call me with their offer. They (SMC workers) talked to me with all the good things (bad things hidden), trying their very best to convince me (like trying hard to get their commission from it).

"Oh you DO NOT NEED to do anything, just sit back and wait for money going in to your packet. We DO EVERYTHING for you." - To me at first sounds like "WOW, dude, there's no such free thing in this world!!!"

I asked him: "Do I need to fork out any money again at all?"
The person replied: "Oh no, not at all."

I asked him: "But Why do you give away money like that?"
Then, ... ... (silence for a moment)... ... "Ya...[blablabla], (they said a few "GOOD" things, eventually they say about the "Risk Free" 30-day money back guarantee.

Note: The dialogue that I have written are the one that I remembered clearly, and some of them I forgot because when I think of it, I wanted to (no comment). You can check it at their (so-called Recorded Conversation - I have read some reports about this when some victims want the SMC to check back on their Recorded Conversation, the SMC people said the Recorder is broken.) - Lame, Vicious excuse.

Unfortunately, since I want to help my family live better, I try to take every chances. Unfortunately, as they said it's "Risk-Free" for 30 days money-back guarantee if I am not satisfied and return back the package, I accepted.
I paid US$40 (around 40).

At the first week the package arrived, then I received a call from my so-called server and we talked.
It begins here. The bad things started showing up.

1st, I need to fork out some money again (which they say I don't need when I asked them) to start a capital for my business.
I asked them: "What business?" (I began to be suspicious, VERY sad.)
I need to start the business, buy some of their products and sell it off myself.
I asked them: "Didn't one of you guys or you said before that I DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING?" The person replied: "Oh, no, you need to get started, set up a business site, or setup a website (which costs about US$100++), or anyways that you can start to sell of the products that you bought from us."
We talked for a little bit longer, and then, Okay, I decided to see what I can do.

But I kept thinking and thinking. I really cannot afford to take out any more money on the things that I am not particularly expert or experienced at. I have to think for my family. (My family are not very rich, we have to work day and night to survive the everyday life, break our bones and so on)

Then I called him (my server) that I decided to cancel and get my money back. Then my server tried to talked me out of this, trying to convince me to hang on. However, I still rejects his offer and wanted him to cancel. That was at the last week of the 30 day trial period. Since I was so busy with school and work, I told him: "Forget about it, Just CANCEL my account, I cannot return those goods due to UNCLEAR RETURN INSTRUCTION [such as you need to call this number, and use the address given. Then send the package, and write cancel, then and then and then...(never finish).] So I told him, Okay, Just cancel my account, and just treat the US$40 that I have paid as my lessons against CHEATERS and I DO NOT want to get charged or bill for ANYMORE monthly fees."

I called him the next day to confirm my cancellation, afraid that I will be charged/bill again, BUT he seems to be unreachable, I was put on hold like forever (this really makes me MAD if I think back about this). As I am very worried, I called again the next few days, and since he cannot be contacted, I left a message, saying how furious I am and scolding him.

At last, the next day, he called me. (Interesting BAD character and attitude) Saying, You should not scold a person like that and ...blablabla... Since he uses a smooth tone to talk, I apologized for that and get into the point by confiming my cancellation. And it's done.

I called back at the last two days before 30-day period is over, his voice message says "I am sorry. I was on a holiday and will be back 1 or 2 (I couldn't remember) more weeks". I thought to myself, "WoW, what kind of Boss do they have that the worker can take long holiday and did not even bother thinking what will happen to their customers." They did not even find a temporaly replacement. So I left a message, "Please confirmed my cancellation and call me back ASAP." He NEVER called back.

As days and weeks goes by, I forgot about this dreadful lousy corporation.

A year later, to my surprise, and at the moment when I am down thinking of money money money, I received a call from the States Recovery System that I owed money having a balance of US$400++ from the SMC. That very moment when I heard that, I feel like wanting to faint. Even 10 cents I would try to save it, let alone US$400++(40,000 cents). I asked them I cancel it, I cancel it, I cancel it. We argued and at the end, they said the SMC are willing to give me 20% off my bills and you have to pay immediately. Of course, I still do not agree. But they threatened me saying that they will take me to the court and so on.

I think to myself, I don't even have that much money for a court case or afford an attorney, and I should challenge a company which is more experienced and got more resources, this way I will lose for sure.
I was scared for me a teenager, unexperienced and at a disadvantage condition. I have no choice but to pay. In the end I paid US$342.35. (Do you know how long it took me to save that money. I think a few MONTHS.) I was really REALLY really REALLY sad and break down.

At that one year, they never even inform me month by month, never even call me to say that I am still on the membership, (ugh) I am very FURIOUS AND SAD.
I wish they would stop taking any MORE VICTIMS and closed down their "..." corporation.

If anyone could help me with this and get me back my money which was taken, I really would appreciate it and you could save me from suffering hunger. And I am sorry that maybe I could only offer a half of the gotten back money. But I will never forget your kindness. I just want this to be stopped and be brought to justice. If not, I could only say that justice are only with the one with MONEY.

My elderly grandfather was in the same situation as yourself. Not only did they charge him the $200 something dollars but he had this credit card machine they charged him $15,000 for (long story).

This company is well known to be shady. They are unprofessional and rude.

SMC is only a drop shipper. That is it.

Go to your local DA and file a complaint, the better business bureau and do a charge back on your credit card. Also it would not hurt to contact the federal trade commission on him too. Do a google search for SMC Class Action Lawsuit or something like that.

You would be pleasantly surprised what you find!
