Specialty Risk Services, American Airlines, Jet Veyor Company SRS began by falsifying accident report, denied my claim, injuries were confirmed to be permanent by Orthopedic Drs. and Social Security , and Appeals Board. Falsified awarded payments by workers comp., they did not pay me majority of award, didn't pay doctors, denied me medical treatement, prescriptions and slandered my person. Dallas Texas, California, Maryland, Connecticut, etc.

I was wronfully terminated from American Airlines after my injury, prior to receiving insurance award and benefits. SRS tried to minimize the extent of my injuries, which were proven to be permanent and stationary. My injuries are 3 herniated disks, head trauma, and internal bleeding which were all caused by a fall from faulty equipment known as Jet Veyor cargo loading machinery which was known to be faulty systemwide by American Airlines.

Insurance Company changed names 3 or 4 different times until current. They constantly gave me the runaround, falsified documents for payment history. They postponed court appearances so they could run out the statue of limitations. I constantly received contradictory letters regarding benefits. They did not pay a fraction of what I was to receive as ordered by the courts.

When asked for a history of payments, they file was supposedly lost for 2 years prior to court trial. They would send envelopes with a copy of a check stub and no actual check inside, also the envelope was not officially date stamped. Notified attorney, and attorney never returned my calls. Do beleive that attorney was bought out (paid Off) by Insurance Carrier.

Attorney never reconstructed the file, or gave judge the information to proceed to make a decision. The insurance company left me with unpaid medical liens, almost lost my house due to lack of receiving benefits, they tried to deny the doctors credibility, constantly sending me to various dif. doctors of their choice.

I do beleive that they tried to take advantage of my incapacitated mental state due to the head trauma I received, by causing constant chaos amongst all their actions. They were completely fruadulant in all there practices, and basically have cost me my life. My well being was constantly at stake, had it not been for my parents and friends supporting me. They caused me emotional distress, financial burdens, all at a time when my injuries were enough for me to deal with.

I am still suffering from my injuries and lack of ability to work. I am still left with no closure, because the statue of limitations ran out (they caused this purposely, knowing I would have a hard time figuring out the mess they created purposely) all so they would not ever have to pay benefits that are owed to me.
