Hello Ive Had Speed Connect Wireless Since The end Of october 2012 and i'm Very Unhappy with this service ive called them many times complained complained complained. we were promised 8mb internet service and phone service. the guy came and installed the internet but it was ethernet and only one person could be connected to it without having to buy a router. False Advertising In there title it says speed connect WIRELESS INTERNET AND Phone its not wireless if i have to use a ethernet cord to connect and its not anywhere near 8mb. the phone didn't arrive til 2 months later and when the phone is in use the internet goes retarted and goes from 1mb down to dial up. the speed flucuates they said there having problems then its fixed they say .they came out to my house 5 times because the internet keeps craping out and not working at all so we had a huge antena connected no difference in speed. its very very very slow and im paying almost 70 bucks a month plus phone for this crap i could understand paying that much if i got 8mbps ive done many speed tests and its always below 1 dial up speed. we're not getting the advertised speed. in all advertisments on tv and on the internet it says go fast watch and stream movies with no buffering time yea right i can't even watch a 3 minute youtube video without buffering 10 times and its like this 24 hours a day granted every once in a while itll go booming around with no buffering but thats for like 1 to 2 videos then boom back down to buffering. this is the worst internet service i have ever owned i plan on switching internet providers soon. hell even when bridgemaxx was here it was a whole lot faster than this crap and the speed didn't flucuate this bad i hope they fix there service or there just gonna be hitting the door like bridgemaxx did with there tail between there legs.
