I too am a victim, yes a victim as I have never been one to shirk my resposibilities in paying my bills however, there is no reason for the balace on this card that was at $400 at the time of banckrupcy to swell to over $1500 all the while making payments on a closed account!
I also realized that CArd processing companyraised the APR to 27% this is ridiculous!! If there is ever a class action filed please please include me.
