Spiegel, FCNB, First Consumers National Bank, Card Processing Center ripoff, late fees charged to a closed Spiegel account Old BethPage New York

I opened a Spiegel account for my daughter and myself as the authorized buyer I paid all of the payments with my checking account. After being notified that Spiegels charge card were no longer valid and to discard them I phoned to pay the balance in full and was told that I could not make a payment because the checks had to be in my daughters name.(she has never made a payment)

After paying the bill in full I've been receiving late fees every month on an account that was paid in full and no longer in use.Ater many call to the Card Processing Center I was told to write a letter not to make any payments because of the dispute and that the matter would be taken care of.

They removed $70.00 dollars from the balance, I was not refunded my over payment and have been billed late fees again. I find it strange that they would remove only a partial fee and not return the overpayment. The letter I received did not have a signature so there is no one to contact at all WHO IS THE CARD PROCESSING CENTER?
