Spinnaker Resort Palace View by Spinnaker Resort Just plain lied in sales presentation. Premier benefits promised, not what you got. Refused to answer phones after sale. Branson, Missouri

I was promised along with the week at their under construction condos numerous premier benefits. 

First benefit:  two weeks a year I could rent a condo for $199 for a one bedroom; $299 for a two bedroom; $399 for a three bedroom.  These could be rented out for $900 to $1000.  I found these two weeks were a complete lie.

Second benefit:  premier trading power in a special agreement between Interval International and Spinnaker so you could trade your home resort for a week  or the above two weeks at another resort with a 75 per cent chance of getting the resort you wanted at a location other than Branson.

Third benefit:  airport benefits of one free campanion ticket each year and use of the airport lounge.   No mention that you have to purchase not only the basic Interval membership mentioned in the contract but an additional platinum membership of $129 to make this happen.  They presented this as part of that special deal between Interval International and Spinnaker, and it just goes with any platinum membership with Interval.
