Spirit Airline - Please join us to take this FRAUD down - Class Action Lowsuit Miramar Florida

Spirit Airline uses unlawful practice of selling multiple flights, and with fabricated excuses (usualy weather, or technical difficulties) holding passengers stranded at the gate until they can combine all to one full flight. Passengers could be stranded for over 24 hours, with no other reason than to be hearded to fill next flight.

Service on this Airline - does not exsist. I dont remember that i have ever flown in a plane that did not have  reclining seats (I have over 50 years of flying expiriance).

I have information from Spirit Airlines top tier executive that they are aware and supportive of the company's practice of fabricating the number of flights offered/sold and combining flights, and that this practice is making Spirit Airlines  the most profitibile company in the its industry in the USA.

In addition Spirit Airlines has a practice of offering "special discounts" for a bogus club - a trap for charging fees without the consent of the pasanger/member who opts to take a discount which the in actuality will pay for.
