Watch out for the automatic renewal of the $9 fare club. They will not refund renewals even if requested immediately after the charges appear. I got charged $59.95 twice after taking a flight 2 years ago.

Telephone customer service has tremendous wait times and is performed from India. Agents have zero authority.

Tried contacting my credit card company to no avail.
