Spirit Express Spirit Express ripped me off and permanently injured me Commerce City Colorado

I worked for Spirit Express out of Commece City Colorado for almost two years . During that time I leased a truck from them that they had planned on Auctioning since it was an older Truck. This truck broke down at least once or twice a month which took away from my maintenance escrow account . The more it broke down the more in the red my account grew .

They settled for a company to repair our vehicles A perfect truck repairs . I honestly believe the Operation Manager(Bob Junker) and the head mechanic had a thing going for kick backs .It was very frustrating getting charged over and over for the same thing that hadn't been properly fixed. I had my transmission repaired at A Perfect repair and was sent to California on a load in Fontana my tranny dropped and I spent a few days there in a motel while this was repaired , The mechanics there told me a clip had come off a part and was charged 2700.00. I got back to Denver, and had gone to the Safety Manager he informed I was being let go. Bob the Operations manager stormed into the office locked me in the room refusing to let me out untill I gave him my final paper work which I refused and was going to hand over to my lawyer because he said I was not getting paid for the trip I had just returned from. He was in the room with me . I called my wife and he knocked the phone from my hands . My wife heard this and called Commerce City Police.

During this time he tried taking the paper work from me and The safety manager jumped up from behind his desk and put me in a full nelson. During this I guess the dispatchers heard the commotion and one opened the door , while he opened the door I moved to escape the room in doing so tore my left calf muscle . Causing immediate pain and limping. Bob told me to get off his property . I waited for the police to come and told them what had transpired . I wanted to press charges on Bob but was not able to because of the safety managers involvement. Needless to say they kept all of my escrow accounts and I never saw a dime from them . There are many employess who have quit Spirit because of The Harrassment from Bob Junker . To this day I can not walk or run properly because of the leg injury caused by Bob . Do yourself a favor stay far away from Spirit Express .
