After speaking with an associate and then to her supervisor, on 9/6/07, inquiring about the two coupons in question, I was told that I had four months to redeem the coupons. They both calculated the six months from the date of receiving the CERTIFICATE not the date of issue of the COUPONS.
The certificate clearly states that ALL COUPONS MUST BE REDEEMED WITHIN 6 MONTHS FROM DATE OF ISSUE. The COUPONS were issued on or about 1/13/07, so 6 months would expire 7/13/07. Therefore, all four of my coupons were redeemed within 6 months from the date of issue.
They have found a creative, but dishonest way to not honor their rebate offer!
