Offered to bring information together for 2.95/month. Bought it, they charged $35, and no facebook. Used product less then 5 minutes before finding this out. Emailed them, they told me "since its a service product they couldnt refund my money." I responded that it was false advertising, and I used it less then the time it takes to try on a shirt at a clothing store. They responded no refund.

Quote "We offer only three packages: 1-Year, 6-Month and 3-Month. $2.95 is
the per-month price for the 1-Year package, and we state right next to
the purchase button: "You will be billed one convenient payment of
$35.40".

Since Spokeo is an information service not a physical good, we do not
refund the first payment after the premium information has been
unlocked. If you think you made a mispurchase for the wrong plan, we
can modify your order to the lowest-priced plan ($15) and refund you
the difference."

**** I challenge anyone to find this yearly cost on anything except the "already purchased" email.
