Truthfully, I am not even mad about the contract to this awful gym anymore, but I am furious that some customer service representative named Rebecca told me that I was being selfish and she hung up on me.
To everyone in Charlotte, make sure you cancel for the renewal or they will keep charging you. Yes, the 20 a month sounds like a good deal, it is not. They also have the equipment fee every six months and a $40 sign up fee. The locations are awful. They say there is a location in South Park, but really it is on South Boulevard in a terrible area. The Uptown Sports and Fitness is small and dirty.
Just save yourself the trouble and go to the YMCA.
