Consumers use utmost caution conducting business with this company, special emphasis when David is your salesman.  He will tell you one thing and do completely another! get everything in writting,  with special care is outlining the expected completion date of the project and detail material product codes of the order.

A total nightmare dealing with David and this business! 

Professionalism was lacking my final opinion of the experience left me thinking how much deception between the initial decisions and the final product. Deceived by a snake salesman providing promises he will not keep.  Once the deposit is paid, execution of the order by even more deceptive business practices. Servicing the order with inexperienced installers , incorrect material, and unprofessional timely Customer Service support when dealing with a valid concern of the consumer.

The beginning of the nightmare the materials order delivered was incorrect. After a few phone disagreements  with us that what we picked was not what they delivered, Finally  FSD  employee researched and discovered that we were correct the manufacture sent the wrong product.  No compensation  in  the way of a discount or  apology for our time , delay of the project, and controversial treatment of our complaint

Installers were horrible unprofessional, inconsiderate, argumentative.  No shows or even a call  multiple times.  Would bring their children to the job and then would leave our project in the middle of the day to take care of "personal" matters as they stated on multiple occasions. do not trust them in your house by themselves!

My project took over 3 months, was expected to only be two weeks, project was removal of old  floor tile/carpet install new floor  tile remove old kitchen counter install new counter with  backsplash.

My husband had to continue to have them fix what they installed as they left grout out of tile areas, our doors would not open, and they left granite inserts out of place. Had we not been home, they would have basically left our install  looking horrible. 

David never returned any of our phone calls at ALL.  However when the job was finally done by my husband taking over the problem and  basically forced them to finish in one weekend. They were VERY FAST to call  us immediately for final payment! The manager/owner as well never returned any of our calls to discuss our concerns, and  disappointment..

My list could go on and on... but there is not enough paper to continue!!!! Basically I stressed and cried until this was done, and now that it is I am so happy I never have to deal with them again!
