I have been with Sprint for 15months and my service has never worked in myh ome. I am disabled and mostly homebound so a phone that doesn't work in my home is crazy. And that is what I have gotten in dealing with their customer service rep up to management. My calls have been over the past 15 months regarding my service. I have been told to take the battery out, check the setting, reset, to take it into the store. After all of this I feel like I work for Sprint without the paycheck or the service. After the 13 month I called about my bill and their advanced people talked to me so crazy and the woman said " you shoulda got a airwave. I said to her what is that, she explained a device that will boot my signal.....right!!!!!
My other question was after all this time why wasn't this mentioned or offered to me meanwhile I am jumping thru hoops, turning backflips and riding waves. Got the airwave plug it into my comcast modem, now my internet doesn't work. After 5 days of no services or constantly getting kicked off, I finally called comcast and they asked if I had any other device hooked up to my modem whuich is also wireless, they explained that I should remove it...and waaaa laaa. My internet came back on.
Today I talked to 11 reps hung up by 3, called dropped on 6 because now airwave is affecting my homephone service. No one never calls back and I have been on the phone since 8 am. On this day I was talked to so rudely by management and a tech airwave and to this moment I still have no solution and paying for a service that does not work. Now I not only have one of Sprint's nonworking device, I have two. Guess what they will not work with me on a payment arrangement, but they want to cut off a half...no that's too good a piece of working service. Why not cut it off, it doesn't work anyway, unless you stand on one leg and hold out one arm and then the calls drops. How does a business expect someone to pay for something that does not work. It's call ripoff and the airwave is just an all out scam!
