My cellular phone numbers were cloned and being used from Mexico. After 5 months of little or no service I was forced to buy new phones in order to resolve the problem. By then the bill was $11,000. Sprint then credited all but $500 but they expect me to pay that $500 and refuse to give any additional credits even though they did nothing to resolve this situation.
