This is a e-mail I just sent to The New Sprint nextel. I first called the customer service and spoke with Steve. On many occasions I had to remind him that I wasn't speaking to him but to the company and to take deep breaths. He refused to aput me through to his supervisor and he started to scream at me. Yes SCREAM at me. He finally put me through to his supervisor who was also aggressive, I really would like a lawyer to sue in a class action. The other thing that gets me is that why isn't the minutes I paid for ain't credited to the next month. Its bad enough that reception is bad and there is alot of droped callers. They seem to be hiring frustrated telemarketers. Instead of inproving the system the are making mega bucks. Please if there are any lawers reading this lets get something going. Perhaps we can change legislation concerning the airways after all we pay government fees and taxes.

reviewed my bills and discovered that I was adjusted on my current bill but not for Nov to DEC For my bill. I spent many hours trying to rectify a mistake that nextel made by not converting my 609-780-**** phone to the power plan she is on now. This phone generated a accrued amount of I think $187.32. One can look at my history that something was wrong. Why should I have to pay for nextel mistake. I credit was given to me for Jan. Feb bill but not on the DEC Jan bill. I mean why would I convert two phones to power plan and leave one phone on team share without a team anymore. Why is Nextel putting me through all these changes. I mean right is right and I didn't need to be screamed at yelled at for trying to rectify my bill . If this is the new Sprint customer service I'm just going to pull all three phones. I'm am going to seek legal counsel in this matter. Last year my kid ran up a thousand dollar bill. I paid the bill because I was not keeping track of my phone. Since that time I have been keeping abreast of my account. The reason I'm e-mailing instead of calling so I have a hard copy of my inquiry and I don't feel like getting yelled at. Please pass this e-mail along to management.
