I think this company has really gone down hill when it comes to customer service I have had sprint for over 10 years now, and have really come to dislike this company I really doubt I will renew again even tho I have to wait till next year in october to get rid of them, I opened up a 3rd line of service on a family plan with them in October, I have called the last couple months telling them they are charging us anytime minutes when some of these calls are actually other sprint users (suppose to be free) I made sure I had free roaming as well since my daughter is in college in a small town so the phone is on roam alot as well.. I think that is how they are charging me the incoming calls since the number doesnt show up when it's on roam she basically talks to the same people and knows who is sprint users. She and I and my other daughter have been having issues with all our phones for almost 3 weeks, shuts off on it's own, resends text messages, my one daughter has had someone send her picture mail (doesnt know who the person is) she doesnt know how all that works and does not open those, but some how is getting charged 68.00 for the vision mail even tho she never opened it I have talked to 4 different people and they assure me there is no way that it can happen by defect it's like going on the internet and would be too hard to do on accident..
( I have also been told that when you are roaming you can't get internet, she is on roam the whole time she is at school) (Although the phone has been resending text messages) I do not have insurance on the daughters' phones but I do on mine I finally took my phone in to have it looked at, they said there was debris in the phone and it should work fine, so far no problems but It wasn't happening daily so we will see, my others daughter's phone wouldn't ring or make calls or anything so I took it in the next day they had to replace it of course for 35.00 cuz no insurance even tho there is a year warranty on it.. They said if I wanted to send it to them on my own I could be it would take up to or more then 2 weeks of course!! Seems funny my phone was doing the same thing and they didnt' offer to replace (I have the insurance) The customer service people you talk to about anything are rude, they really don't listen to what your problem is, the people at the kiosk desks and in the stores tell you completely different stories no one will back up the other..
