THEY HAVE LOST TWO OF MY ONLINE PAYMENTS (PAID ONLINE VIA BB&T) AND LOST ONE OF MY HUSBANDS PAYMENTS PAID ONLINE (HE CANCELLED SO THEY DID NOT HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO LOSE THE REST OF THEM) I HAVE BEEN FAXING COPIES OF MY CASHED CHECKS TO SPRINT FOR TWO MONTHS AND DO YOU THINK I HAVE HEARD FROM THEM? NO - I CONTINUE TO FAX THIS INFO TO EVERY FAX NUMBER I CAN FIND FOR SPRINT BUT NO RESPONSE. WHAT ELSE CAN I DO??

Sprint Lost Payments

Sprint looses money so much that they have a lost payment department. That is not the route that you want to go because they will only send you in circles. Now if you want to get something done, you want to contact Executive Solutions. 703-433-4401. Usually whenever a payment is disputed there is a level of authority before it can be credited to the account, but these people can credit anything to your account without management. You will probably have to fax the checks or proof of payment to them but after that you will be finished.
